HTV 2300 5.4L M140 Supercharger Kit.
Ford Falcon Boss supercharger kits that actually fits under the hood. The P.D. kits consists of a new intake manifold, High flow injectors and all necessary hardware to complete the conversion are included. Power is staggering seeing full boost as low as 1500 RPM. As seen, this kit provides 2 times the amount of torque as that found on a Boss engine with all bolt on parts available on the market and accounts for up to 25 rwhp for every pound of boost. The P.D. has so much potential.
Boost levels remain at 7 PSI. Power output from this system is a comfortable 330-340 and 360-390 rear wheel kilowatts from the Boss 260/290 respectively. The bonus about this new setup from BPT is the passenger side inlet entry into the Blower, Larger twin 68mm throttle body and the ability to retain the stock coolant expansion tank and power steering reservoir tank in their respective location this reducing the cost of manufacturing additional parts to complement the existing kit.
PCM Recalibration is required with SCT Flash Tuner. We will provide tunes to current owners of Flash Tuner and/or provide a new Flash Tuner if desired at a discount price if purchased in kit form.
What Do You Get? Kit form includes Blower Head Unit, Intake manifold, 42lbs/hr Injectors and custom fuel rails, Belt, Hoses, Front End Drive Unit complete with pulleys, idlers, tensioner and wiring, I.C. storage tank, Intercooler core and alloy heat exchanger plus hoses and fluid transfer pump.
